Because we were not contacted or asked, it has caused quit a bit of damage to our grass areas where your patrons parked. It ended up we had to call the police and have several cars ticketed. This could have been avoided if you had contacted us,where we could have been prepared and roped off our grass areas. We would appreciate that you do not assume that you have use of the lot in the future. We had a request from our own police department to use that space for training, so if that had happened, I'm not sure what your plan B would have been but I don't believe it would have come out well.
