Most businesses are hurting and are watching their bottom lines shrink. Costs to make a product or provide a service are rising while customers and clients are spending less,” explains Mike Bolden, Lead Strategist at Waterside Consulting. “Blue Ocean Strategy helps companies differentiate their products or services in the marketplace to maintain or increase profitability.”
