SeSSionS: Schizophrenia and Schizo-Affective Disorder
Meets the second Monday of the month at 6:00p
Meets at 913 Columbia Street (upstairs), Downtown Lafayette

Group Information:
- Free and open to anyone with mild to severe schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder or a related diagnosis
- Monthly social activities
- Provides an understanding and accepting environment
- A safe place to discuss concerns, feelings, and experiences
Depression Support Group
Meets the first and third Wednesday of the month at 7:00p
Meets at 913 Columbia Street (upstairs), Downtown Lafayette

Group Information:
- Free and open to any adult who is experiencing mild to severe depression
- The group is led by individuals who have also been diagnosed with depression
- Provides an understanding and accepting environment
- A safe place to discuss concerns, feelings, and experiences
Anxiety Support Group
Meets the first and third Wednesday of the month at 7:00p
Meets at 913 Columbia Street (upstairs), Downtown Lafayette

This group has been meeting WITH the depression group (see above). This group is not intended to replace professional therapy.

Group Information:
- Free and open to any adult who is experiencing mild to severe anxiety
- The group is led by individuals who have also been diagnosed with anxiety
- Provides an understanding and accepting environment
- A safe place to discuss concerns, feelings, and experiences
Bipolar Support Group
Meets the first and third Wednesday of the month at 6:00p
Meets at the Kathryn Weil Center, 415 N 26th St, Lafayette

Group Information:
- Free and open to any adult who is experiencing bipolar disorder
- The group is led by individuals who have also been diagnosed with this disorder
- Provides an understanding and accepting environment
- A safe place to discuss concerns, feelings, and experiences
OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) Support Group
Meets the second and fourth Tuesday of the month from 7:00-8:30p
Meets at 913 Columbia Street (upstairs), Downtown Lafayette

Group Information:
- Free and open to any adult who is experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder
- The group is led by individuals who have also been diagnosed with this illness
- Provides an understanding and accepting environment
- A safe place to discuss concerns, feelings and experiences
- Provides educational opportunities
MOMS Club Support Group
Meets every third Thursday, at 9:30am
MOMS Club of West Lafayette - West is a nonprofit support/social group which provides mothers with activities to do with their children during the day.

Mourning & Dancing for Adults
Meets the regularly the first Thursday of the month, from 7 to 8:30 pm
The grief support group meets from 7p to 8:30p. Adults who have lost a loved one, are encouraged to attend. This group meets on the first Thursday of the month at Bethany Presbyterian Church, 3305 Longlois Drive, Lafayette. Sally Downham Miller, PhD, will facilitate a discussion on "New ways to express your feelings about loss." For more information and directions, call (765) 447-2662.
Mourning & Dancing for Teens
Meets the first and third Mondays of the month, from 7 to 8 pm
The grief support group meets from 7 to 8 p.m. Teens, 13 to 18, who have lost a loved one, are encouraged to attend. This group meets on the first and third Mondays at Bethany Presbyterian Church, 3305 Longlois Drive, Lafayette. For more information and directions, call (765) 420-1739.
Weight Loss Support Group
Thursdays, from 7-7:45pm
These meetings provide encouragement and options for safe and effective weight loss through nutrition plans and exercise. Stop in for an agenda of topics-released monthly.
Where: International Health & Racquet Club, 334 Brown St., West Lafayette, IN.
Cost: These meetings are free of charge.
