| Description: | Special Olympics IN Tippecanoe County monthly volunteer meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month. Our organization is run entirely by dedicated families and volunteers. SOI Tippe provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in several Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, reaching nearly 200 athletes throughout Tippecanoe County. The organization receives no federal or state funds, relying entirely on corporate, civic and individual donations. All are welcome to come, join the fun & ‘Be a Fan’! |
