LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Unity Immediate Care Center will be providing a flu shot clinic on October 11th from 10am- 4pm. The cost for the vaccine is $25.00. The vaccines will be made available to adults 18 and older. There are limited vaccines available. Please call 765.446.1362 for more information. The Unity Immediate Care Center is located on the Unity Medical Campus off of Creasy Lane at 1321 Unity Place, Lafayette, Indiana.
