BERNE, Ind. -- MyFreeRecipes.com is a new website created by Indiana-based Dynamic Resource Group to offer a huge selection of free, downloadable recipes in an easy-to-access, easy to use format.

To access more than 700 free recipes, guests to the site follow a simple sign-up process that allows them free membership and full use of the wide range of recipes and helpful cooking tips. Membership also includes a chance to register for free e-newsletters and a link to the company's cooking magazine, Home Cooking.

"This new Web site can be a real value to home cooks everywhere who are looking for an extensive collection of free recipes," said Jon Rosswurm, Internet marketing director for DRG. "The site now has 750 recipes, and we plan for it to grow substantially in the near future."

In addition to free recipes, the site offers valuable cooking tips, including helpful information on buying fresh fruits and vegetables and converting weights and measures. There are hints for microwave cooking, suggested quantities for large groups and a variety of household hints -- all at the click of a mouse.

A special feature called My Recipe Box allows readers to bookmark their favorite recipes for future easy access. Members can store up to 40 recipes.

With hundreds of main meal, appetizer, breakfast and dessert recipes, cooks can create hearty home cooked recipes for dinners, lunches, desserts and special occasions. There are sauces, salads, sandwiches and soups, plus aids for reading old recipes and explanations for common recipe abbreviations.
