Purdue University West Lafayette campus events for week of May 27

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (Lafayette Online) — Here is a list of events happening May 27 through June 1 at the West Lafayette campus of Purdue University.


Exhibition: “57/1: Artists from the Premier Edition of the PMC Guild Annual.” Purdue Galleries. NCAA Men’s Division I Golf Championships. Kampen Course, Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex. Tickets on sale at driving range clubhouse in the Tom Spurgeon Golf Training Center. For adults: all-session, $50; round 1, 2 or 3 (Wednesday-Friday), $15; final round (Saturday), $18. Meeting to discuss border of Celery Bog and Kampen Golf Course. Purdue officials, course designer Pete Dye, representatives of Friends of the Celery Bog, and others interested in the future of the border between the golf course and the nature area. 4 p.m. Room 322, STEW.

Saturday, May 31

5K and 10K Walk/Run for United Way of Greater Lafayette. Race day registration 7-8 a.m; $20 to participate, $25 with shirt. Cleaning begins Grant Street Garage. Garage remains open. Cleaning to be done 10:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. Top three levels first, then lower levels. Through June 10. Vehicles left in the garage during cleaning will be towed at the ownerÕs expense.
