My compliments to the Free Compliments Guys. What a terrific idea! So charming and so inspirational. And it works! Upon seeing a television piece on you two social entrepreneurs, I tried it out on my husband (of 35 years). I told him how nice he looked today (a sleepy Sunday morning, with bed hair and morning breath). He smiled bashfully and immediately did something nice for me. I kept it up all morning – and so did he. This is an eye-opening life changer, for sure. We can all do it – and we all should. What a way to literally change the world. I am proud of you and will try to grow up to be as nice as the two of you (there’s still hope; I am only 55). Always keep it up. You are my inspiration.

I am a volunteer coordinator for a wonderful community service organization in Maine. Would you be interested in being our speakers for our next volunteer celebration (May, 2010?)

Also, I write happy stories; I would love to interview you. I am certain your time is in great demand these days; I appreciate that. I have been giving compliments to passersby for years, especially to people with grey hair like mine. I find that it makes me feel at least as good as it makes them feel. And here’s another one… “Good job, Brett and Cam!”

This is the nicest thing that anyone could have done. I am upset though that are local news has not even mentioned this because one of the students is from our area. It is upsetting to hear all the bad news and not the good news. I hope that they countinue to do what they are doing.

I think this is a great idea! you gentlemen are setting a fine example for others. With your permission I would like to start doing the same in our tourist town of Glenwood Springs, Colorado. I wouldn’t want to be seen as a copycat, but I believe this could be a great trend to start throughout the country. Hope to hear back from you soon..

Absolutely wonderful!!! It’s about time someone did something positive just to be doing something kind. . You guy’s are the greatest and this from a 63 year old lady who has tried to do a similar thing all her life but was once told, you are so nice you make me sick. Oh, well to each their own, keep up the great work!!!!!!
