There are four chapters of MOMS Club in the Greater Lafayette area. The Tippecanoe County Knee Replacement Support Group -- "TippecaKnees" -- is a support group intended for anyone who is considering having Total Knee Replacement (TKR) or who has recently had it done. Hip replacement patients welcome as well. Community Groups and OrganizationsCCR is a group of concerned citizens and community organizations whose goal is to ensure freedom from discrimination and harassment for targeted groups of people who have been historically been treated differently based on but not limited to race, sex, religion, color, sexual orientation, handicap, familial status, national origin, creed, age, or political affiliation. The Dog Park Association of Greater Lafayette worked with the City of Lafayette to develop an off-leash exercise area for dogs. Current membership includes all ages and a variety of professions. Each member brings a unique perspective to the group but has a common goal to volunteer in the community and meet new people. The Hanna Community Center, Inc, is a non-profit, multi-service agency which provides programs and services for the Hanna neighborhood and all residents of Tippecanoe County. Hanna Community Center is a United Way Agency. A community based, non-profit partnership with many programs designed to benefit the residents of Lafayette.
