Can't beat the patio and sushi deals; however, the service needs to improve. Don't be suprised if it takes 20 minutes before a server approaches your table.

This place is very nice and since they had the little patio is even better. Love the unlimited sushi. I wish they will have better wine list. Nice place to have a small party.

We (a party of four) went there on Sept 9. Food quality was ok, but not for the fee. The sever was horrible and appeared drunk. When we finished, wrong charges (double charge) were posted on different tickets. Unfortunately, one of the friends did not notice the over charge till later, and is still trying to sort out. Noteworthy is that most of double charges were beers or glass of wine - wonder if the server helped himself to the other drink?!

I had sushi at several east coast cities, like Boston, DC and Miami; comparable food would cost the half of what Bluefin charges. I'd save my appetite for raw fishes when visiting these places next time, but certainly not bluefin

I had a fabulous time at Blue Fin last evening. I was able to enjoy this expeirence with three of my friends and we a talking about making it a Tuesday night ritual. We all enjoyed the all you can eat sushi rolls and must say there was an excellent selection! Our server, Shellie, was amazing if she suggested it we ate it. she was on top of everything! I was very surprised the place wasn't busier though. My suggestion to all...is if you love sushi or just thinking about trying it, Blue Fin Bistro is the place to go. Thank you for a wonderful expeirence!

I loved going to the unlimited sushi lunch, but they have stopped it for some reason. No reason when asked why, so I don't go any more!

I am 55 years old and enjoy going to good restaurants. I went here on Sunday and have never been treated so rudely! I was told 3 times that I would be seated shortly. After waiting 30 minutes and the host having seated a couple who came in AFTER me, I left, NEVER to return! I went to another restaurant in town and within 5 minutes of arriving there, I saw a couple walk in to this place who had been seated at Bluefin shortly after I arrived. I spoke with them after my meal and they, too, had felt that the service was poor and disorganized.

I went to Bluefin Bistro tonight and will not return. When I entered, I noted that 1/2 of the restaurant was literally empty. The host told me that I would be seated shortly. The bar looked closed as there was no one at the bar (no bartender either) and there were trays of clean glasses sitting on several tables. There was a sitting area to the left where a couple were sitting. The host did not invite me to have a seat there or in the bar while I waited. He finally asked for whomever to follow him. He meant the couple sitting to the left but did not indicate that to me. He told me that the table was for them not me. I apologized and was told that I would be seated soon. A couple then came in and went into the bar and was served immediately with mixed drinks by someone, possibly the host. Another couple with a child came in and he asked them to have a seat in the area to the left. I still had not been offered a seat anywhere! A table emptied and the couple with the child were ushered to that table by the host while I still stood there. The entire length of this was about 20-30 minutes. After the table was given to couple who came in after me, I left and went to Toscana and had a COMPLETELY different experience! As a single person who frequently dines out alone, I have felt ignored at other restaurants in the past but NEVER have I been TOTALLY ignored! This was one of the rudest experience I have ever had and will not return and recommend the same to my acquaintances!

P. S. The couple who was seated soon after I arrived entered Toscana about 5 minutes after I arrived. I went to them after my dinner to apologize again and was told that by the time they had left, no one had been to their table except to deliver glasses of water.

I ate "unlimited" sushi with my partner and a friend at BlueFin on Jan. 19, 2009 (MLK Day). I had eaten there once before and while the food was decent, the service was very lacking. On that occasion, the restaurant was not busy but the waitress seemed to avoid us after we had finished our first order of rolls. It took me asking her three times to finally recieve my coffee. This second occasion, while the food was better, the service was even worse. It took approximately 30 minutes to get our first order. The waitress seemed to avoid us again and when she eventually came over and took our second order, we waited over 45 minutes to get our order of three rolls! They had evidently run out of rice. Now I know the rice is vital for sushi and I would imagine because of this importance that a restaurant would make sure the supply was maintained. As a result of time constraints, our friend that ate with us had to leave before eating her fill. The restaurant was busy, but an establishment that is new and prides itself on being trendy should have a comparable level of service and customer satisfaction. We were there two hours; if we had been local businesspeople, that experience would absolutely keep us away. As it is, we will stay away anyway.

I've been to Bluefin twice now for their unlimited sushi lunch. The first time, the quality of the fish seemed low, but I decided to give them a second chance. I had the California roll and the Unagi roll, and both were delicious. However...it took almost three hours to eat lunch because of the slowness of the service. If it had been a normal workday for me instead of a holiday, I would have been forced to leave before getting a single bite of food. While we were there, our waitress failed to refill our drinks, did not take our orders promptly, and seemed rather distracted. The restaurant ran out of sushi rice, resulting in a nearly hour-long wait for the single roll I and my companion ordered for seconds. Very disappointing, especially as I enjoyed the food this time and would have wanted to keep going to Bluefin if the service was not so abysmal.
