Trying to order for delivery was a disaster. They could not commit to a time to delivery or even if they COULD deliver. They seemed shocked that we were calling to order on the same day we wanted the food – even though we were calling an hour before we wanted it. Apparently we had an old menu – so even though we could describe what we wanted, (pizza with pepperoni, onions and green pepper) the fact it was called something different (super) threw them for a loop and they had to fax an updated menu before we could place our order. We ended up going to get it instead of waiting for delivery. We have taken them out of our ‘delivery’ folder of menus and won’t be making this mistake again. Definitely not business friendly – they refused to provide a receipt for our credit card purchase.
