Honestly, I patronize Rice Cafe quite often. It's a nice place, and it's one of the few places open late night that isn't fast food.

However, I think their food needs some reviewing. Their chicken's always cooked till it's a dried piece of rubber. Their beef is always cooked till it tastes like a shoe. And their pork..., don't even get me started.

Also, your General Tso's chicken, orange chicken, and all your other chicken (except steamed) is really just the same fried rubber with a different sauce over it. C'mon.

How about start hiring better chefs, or get one to teach your current staff to make better meat. Seriously. I make better meat at home, and I'm one of the worst cooks you'll ever find in town.

The quantity of food is great (too much I'd say. I never finish), but the quality is just ass.

Not impressed. Crab Ragoons were not good, they are cheap knockoffs of the real thing, and the sweet and sour pork wasn't very good either. I would suggest Lin's Wok or China moon.

Rice Cafe is the best for late night eating. Amazingly good Chinese, late delivery, and the staff is really nice too. Everyone raves about the Crab Rangoon (as well they should) but the Steamed Dumplings are to die for!

Rice Cafe is awesome. Open really late, delivering really late, and really fantastic food. A little more expensive than some Chinese places, but the food is really high quality and the staff is super friendly. Our favorites are the General Tso's and the Crab Rangoon. Highly recommended!!
