Date set for February PSN rental property owners, managers training course

LAFAYETTE, Ind. — The February 2009 session of the Tippecanoe County Rental Property Owner and Manager Training Course, “Keeping Illegal Activity Out of Rental Properties” will be held on Tuesday, February 10 and Wednesday, February 11 from 6:00 to 9:00pm in the Grand Prairie Conference Room at the Tippecanoe County Building and is now open for registration.

The course is offered free of charge and advanced reservations are required. Participants who complete
the 2-day course will receive a copy of the 200-page manual and a certificate of course completion from PROJECT SAFE NEIGHBORHOODS; Pat Harrington, Tippecanoe County Prosecutor; US District Attorney, Northern District of Indiana, and the US Department of Justice.

Project Safe Neighborhoods will offer its rental property owners and managers training course on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 10th and 11th.
